Shipping Costs
Shipping is free. In the event that the customer does not receive the product, the customer bears the shipping costs (terms and conditions apply). Free delivery is provided in accordance with the terms below, including the charge for delivery above the second floor.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is within 5-7 working days up to the second floor only for free.

In case of difficulty in loading such as narrow stairs, the goods will be delivered to the customer on the ground floor.

Delivery is free up to the second floor, but in case of delivery to a floor more than the second floor, 20 pounds will be charged for each floor after the second floor.

The customer's signature upon receipt constitutes his approval that the product is in good condition and with all its contents

Delivery is only made to the customer who owns the credit card in person and at the address registered in the purchase order

The customer signs with his full name, a copy of the receipt, and a copy of the national ID

Note: If there is an elevator, delivery to any floor is free of charge.
